This is starting to trend a bit across my network. For as long as I can remember people liked having a cartoon avatar of themselves. You used to have to pay someone to draw it for you or make it yourself. Now there is a shiny new app that allows you to customize a vector inspired avatar with the flick of your finger for free!

imadeFace allows you to adjust a few things such as: face shape, hair, eyebrows, eyes, nose, lips, facial hair, ears and more! It even allows for hair color and background choices.

I dunno that I would have the patience to make one for everyone in my phone but if it catches on, all I would have to do is import it from their facebook/instagram/twitter profile.

Will you use this free app? Will you purchase the add on features to get cool things like fun hats or skull faces? At only 99 cents for an add on pack, I may do just that.

Slowly but surely I’m learning new things.  I jumped on a pose ball and snapped a photo in front of an inworld photo booth.  These are pretty sweet cause they put a background behind your avatar. Thought I would share.

I think I finally found a use for Flickr.  If your interested you can see my SL stuff there too!

What if you could do, see and be anything you wanted?  Well… I know that you can do, see and be anything you want in your life… right now, today!

That being said I found a great visualization tool (#loa), Second Life.   This online virtual world has something for everybody.  Some users are themselves and some take on whole new personas.

I’ve decided to be myself mostly with a dash of roleplay and magic of course!  One of the cool things you can do in SL is fly!  I decided to add wings to my avatar although I can fly there with or without them.  I thought it fitting cause I’m into angels and I want to get wings as a tattoo on my back in real life.

Some people have been in Second Life for over 5 years.  Some of the “elders” I met said my avatar is coming along nicely.  I think my avatar looks like me (might be delusional) except it has the nose I want after I get plastic surgery.

Eventually I want to learn how to build and make things including, skins, clothes etc… be fun to make some of the clothes I like from my lookbooks and that way my avatar could wear them and I could sell them and make some cash.  Yay for virtual goods ♥

If u want to see the rest of the barely there outfit I wore to a Jungle Lagoon Rave tonight & where to get it you see it after the jump…
